The TSx550 floorstanders are the flagship model of Polk Audio's TSx range, featuring two 8" and two 5.25" drivers to help immerse any size room in natural, rich audio.
Featuring a pair of Dynamic Balance 6.5" mid/bass drivers along with a pair of Dynamic Balance 8" woofers, the TSx550s deliver a powerful yet highly accurate audio reproduction with minimal resonance. This is then reinforced by the durable rubber surrounds along with the curved design of the cabinets that help to produce less resonance thanks to a much more rigid structure. While the 3" front firing bass ports ensure a deep, rich bass with a smoother air flow and reduced port noise.
The crossovers benefit from the best quality components to deliver great detail across the frequency range, a performance usually reserved for speakers in a much higher price bracket. Additional to this, dual, Gold-plated binding posts are also featured for premium quality bi-amping or bi-wiring capabilities.
Finished with the best possible materials and developed manufacturing techniques, the Polk TSx550 floor standing speakers have been designed to deliver great sound, whether watching your favourite film or listening to your favourite artist.
